Spine Surgeon

Bon Secours Medical Group is hiring a Spine Surgeon to grow a multispecialty Orthopedic group at Southside Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will specialize in cervical and lumbar discectomy, laminoplasty and fusion for both anterior and posterior procedures. In addition, procedures would include tumor dissection and removal. The Spine Surgeon will build and absorb patient panel from ED, Medical Group referrals, and current locums in place. Other ancillary services include a LCSW, Nurse Navigator, Lab, Radiology, and ED.

Spine Surgeon Job Details:

• Up to 15 cases per week
• 20 patients per clinic day
• Virtual Health Appointments
• 80% Adult 20% Geriatric
• ED call, cross coverage, trauma, complaints, RX and refills, general coverage

Job Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
• Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
